Ágnes Ivett Oszkó from the Hungarian Architectural Museum and the Documentation Center for the Protection of Monuments in Budapest will present Lipót Baumhorn, one of Europe's most prolific synagogue architects, who also designed the synagogue in Murska Sobota. From an art-historical point of view, she will describe his synagogues on the territory of the former Austro-Hungary with an emphasis on Murska Sobota. The lecture will be held in Hungarian, and consecutive interpretation into Slovenian will be provided.
