Abigail Green has led the Jewish Country Houses Project from its inception. She is Professor of Modern European History at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of Brasenose College. Her work sits at the interface between international Jewish history and the history of European politics and culture in the long 19th century. She won the Sami Rohr Choice Award 2012 for Moses Montefiore: Jewish Liberator, Imperial Hero, which was named a New Republic Best Book of 2010, and a TLS Book of the Year 2010. Her current work focuses on the role of Jews in constituting liberal political culture, with a particular focus on family history and transnational connections. She explores this history both through the Jewish Country Houses project and through a book project tentatively entitled, Children of 1848: Liberalism and the Jews from the Revolutions to Human Rights.
Dr.Eli Tauber, historian, writer and tour educator. He made his PhD on Holocaust in Bosnia and he was manager of the Department of researching Holocaust in Institute for researching crimes against Humanity and International low. Eli Taube is an author more than ten books and Exhibitions about Judaism, Holocaust and History of tje Jews in Bosnia. Dr.Eli Tauber is also Educator of tour-guides to lead tour “Jewish Sarajevo”.
Emil Majuk is a project manager and a cultural heritage interpretation expert and graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at Warsaw University. Since 2005, he has maintained a professional relationship with the “Grodzka Gate – NN Theater” Centre in Lublin.
Is a French specialist in communication. She was, for more than two decades, the press officer of the Mayor of Strasbourg and President of the Alsace Region, and managed the public image of the Strasbourg Metropole. In 2006, she founded her own agency, WPR Public Relations, and she acts as a consultant to communities, businesses and associations.
From 2015 onward, she worked with United States Holocaust Memorial Washington to promote the French version of the exhibition “The Power of Nazi Propaganda” at UNESCO Paris and the Paris City Hall (Hôtel de Ville). In 2017, she organised the presentation of the exhibition in Strasbourg, in cooperation with city staff and the Council of Europe.
Since 2017, she has been the General Secretary of the European “Route of Judaism on the Rhineland” association.
