Iter Vitis, the Routes of the Vine in Europe and AEPJ, the European Association of Jewish Heritage, are two of the 48 Cultural Routes recognized by the Council of Europe. On the occasion of the European Days of Jewish Heritage, they organized a joint initiative to celebrate Jewish culture and the link with wine production, focusing on the importance of renewal in viticulture but respecting the tradition, roots and identity of a territory . Toast with kosher wines follows Event organized by the IIC of Tel Aviv in collaboration with Iter Vitis and AEPJ. Iter Vitis, i Cammini della Vite in Europa e AEPJ , Associazione Europea del Patrimonio Ebraico, sono due dei 48 Itinerari Culturali riconosciuti dal Consiglio d'Europa. In occasione delle Giornate Europee del Patrimonio Ebraico hanno concertato un'iniziativa comune per celebrare la cultura ebraica e il legame con la produzione vitivinicola, concentrandosi sull'importanza del rinnovamento in viticoltura ma nel rispetto della tradizione, delle radici e dell'identità di un territorio.
