We are thrilled to announce that the AEPJ General Assembly 2025 will take place in Rome, Italy, on May 11-12! Hosted by our partners, the Unione delle Comunità Ebraiche Italiane (UCEI), we are working together to create an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Eternal City. This gathering will bring together partners from across Europe to discuss, share, and plan the future of our Association. With a combination of enriching cultural visits, collaborative discussions, and strategic meetings, the assembly promises to be both productive and inspiring.

Morning (9:00–13:00)
• 9:00- Registration at the Biblioteca Nazionale dell’Ebraismo Italiano Tullia Zevi with a welcome coffee.
• 9:30- 11:15- Guided visit to the Jewish Museum of Rome and the Great Synagogue, located just a 10-minute walk from the venue.
• 11:30- 13:00- Committee Meetings
Concurrent committee meetings held in three different rooms for focused discussions.
Lunch (13:00–14:00)
• Light catering lunch at the Library. Biblioteca Nazionale dell’Ebraismo Italiano Tullia Zevi
Afternoon (14:00–17:00)
• General Assembly session at Sala Luzzati.
Meeting at the Ministry of Culture (18:00–19:00)
• Meeting with Minister of Culture, Alessandro Giuli, at the Ministry of Culture (Via del Collegio Romano, 27)
Evening (20:00- 22:00)
• Dinner at BaGhetto (Via del Portico D’Ottavia, 57)
Monday, May 12, 2025
Morning (09:00–12:00)
• Board Meeting at Sala Luzzati with welcome coffee.
• Simultaneously, other participants will visit the Jewish catacombs at Villa Torlonia.
• Board members may join the catacombs visit after their meeting concludes.
