Cooking workshop. Over time, eating habits and influences can change and modify an entire society. The idea of remembering our culture by focusing on food is an attractive way to raise awareness of our past. Healthy eating is very important in our daily life. Sometimes we do not realize that it IS important, both individually (for our health) and socially. But our DIALOGUES around the table, before and after unites us. The customs and topics of conversation in our kitchen and Sephardic table are very interesting. OBJECTIVES General objective: - Get together remembering the customs and food of a specific time. - Prepare some specific dishes, as they were but according to the dates in which we meet. Specific objectives: o Promote participation so that we go from being spectators to participants.
