Women Wage Peace es el movimiento civil más grande de Israel, tiene más de 44.000 afiliados que incluyen mujeres de varias comunidades dentro de la sociedad israelí: derecha, centro e izquierda; religioso y secular; Judías, musulmanas, cristianas, árabes, drusas y beduinas; mujeres jóvenes y mujeres mayores; mujeres del centro del país y de la periferia. El propósito del Movimiento es promover un acuerdo no violento, mutuamente vinculante entre israelíes y palestinos, que involucre a las mujeres en el proceso (en el espíritu de la Resolución 1325 de la ONU).
