In recent years the AEPJ has experienced a systematic growth, both in the network of member institutions, as well as in the development and implementation of Jewish heritage projects and initiatives at European level. Thus, it has become necessary to reinforce the Association’s office team, with a new person in charge of communication, a crucial area in order to increase our operational capacity for the European Days of Jewish Culture and the European Routes of Jewish Heritage, certified by the Council of Europe.
We are therefore very happy to introduce you to Judith Teboul. Judith, based in Paris, works as Communications Officer at the AEPJ. She graduated from Columbia University in English Literature and Political Science, where she wrote pieces as a contributing writer for the Jewish literary magazine, The Current, and co-founded the International Jewish Community, which organized events with a focus toward Jewish diversity and culture. She is currently completing her Master’s at Sciences Po in Political Science with a research focus on the intersection of political theory and Jewish studies.
From this week she takes over the communication portfolio of the Association, to face the challenges we have this year. Judith, who will be working from Paris, has already travelled this week to our offices in Barcelona to meet the team personally and to work on the AEPJ’s work plan for the coming months. It has been a real pleasure to work with Judith these first days and we wish her the best of luck and success in this professional adventure. For those of you participating in the EDJC 2023 coordinators’ meeting in Paris, you will have the opportunity to meet her in person there.
